Orders
All item sent out are well packaged and are delivered promptly. We advise you to ensure somebody be present at the delivery address since items may require a signature upon delivery, delivery dates given can only be estimated.

Paypal Payments
Please be aware that when paying by Paypal we will only deliver to your Paypal address.
Your delivery address must be the same as your address given to Paypal.

Prices
All goods sold are subject to the prices shown at the time of ordering. We reserve the right to amend our prices without prior notice. This will not affect any outstanding orders.

Product Availability
All orders and special offers are subject to availability. We stock over 9,000 items and do not dependent on any other suppliers to deliver stock. Please bear in mind that a lot of vinyl is unique and not available in quantity. These titles will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis.

UK Customers
UK orders include insurance for £36.00 as standard If your goods do not arrive within 14 days of dispatch, first e-mail us to confirm your order has been shipped and that we have your correct delivery address details. Normal delivery time after dispatch is approximately 1 to 2 days.

Overseas Customers
Assumes responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged items during shipping Unless Insured Delivery is taken out, this can be done on checkout page (Extra Insurance). If Extra Insurance is taken and your goods do not arrive within 28 days of dispatch first contact us to confirm that your order has been shipped and that we have your correct delivery details. We can not investigate lost or missing parcels until 28 days have elapsed.

Shipping Charges
Will be calculated by our website as you place your order.

Import Duty and Taxes
It is your responsibility as the customer to pay all applicable customs fees and taxes for your country. If you refuse to pay these charges then your order may be abandoned and you will loose your goods as well as your money. These taxes are only applicable outside the UK & European Union.

General Information
We may refuse to take your orders if we feel you have been false in your information. We reserve the right to amend our terms and conditions at any time without prior notification. Contracts between us and you shall be governed by English law using the English language.

If you are not happy with your order or the service you have received you may contact us by email just click on this link... Service Query. We promise to reply promptly and solve any problems you may have subject to UK law.

Non-delivery
If your order is returned to us undelivered you will be responsible for re-shipping charges. Items returned back to Vinylvibes.co.uk due to Non-delivery will be held for 3 months from Invoice date, if not claimed by customer (where possible customer will be notified of return) within this time the item or items will be disposed of.

Please bear in mind if customers that continuously order and do not make payments for their orders, we will be forced to ignore any future orders placed with us by that customer.

The terms of this contract do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
